How We Apply Outlast® To Our Products

Our product development team designs each product with one or more of the Outlast® application methods below for the best performance.

Fibers & Yarns

The technology is embedded directly into the fibers, which are spun into yarns and then knitted or woven. Outlast® fiber applications are ideal for products that come in contact with the skin i.e. sheets.

The technology is applied over the surface of a fabric using a printing coating method. These coated fabrics have the highest capacity to absorb heat and are used in mattress pads, pillows, pillow covers, and more.
