Shipping policy

VIII. Fees and payments; shipping.

Products that are in-stock and are not on a pre-order or backorder status, will ship within 24 business hours of the order being placed. Orders placed before 8am MST will ship the same day, orders placed after 8am MST will ship the following business day.

This means orders placed after 8am MST on a Friday will not ship until Monday or Tuesday in the case of a national holiday (yes this includes expedited Next Day Air shipments)

Shipping: Risk of loss and title for Products purchased from Slumber Cloud pass to you upon delivery of such Products (by Slumber Cloud or our manufacturer) to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged or lost shipments. Slumber Cloud may provide an alternate claim form in order to file the claim with the carriers on your behalf. Slumber Cloud is not responsible for the reshipment any lost or damaged shipments, but may elect to provided an approved claim from the carrier.
