Care Instructions

Basic Care:
Machine wash cold water on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and with like colors only. Do not use fabric softener. Only use non-chlorine bleach when needed. Tumble dry low heat until completely dry. Remove from dryer immediately. Do not dry clean. Do not iron.

Pro Tip:
Wash this every 2-4 times a year. Keep your pillows fluffy by drying your pillow with tennis balls or dryer balls.

What firmness is best for me?

Pick your firmness based on your typical sleeping position. The soft-medium pillow offers the perfect support for those that prefer to sleep on their stomach and back. The medium-firm pillow is recommended for those who regularly sleep on their side and back.

Can I put a pillowcase over my pillow?

Yes, we want your bed to look nice and match the rest of your linens so we made sure the technology inside our pillows will still work even when used with a pillowcase.

How many degrees cooler will this keep me?

Slumber Cloud products are designed to help manage heat and humidity build up. It is not an air conditioner with a set temperature degree, but it will react to your temperature all night long to reduce heat build up and manage temperature swings.

Which one is cooler, the UltraCool Pillow or the Core Pillow?

True to its name, the UltraCool Pillow is going to be the "cooler" of the two pillow options. Although you will still get great temperature control with the Core Pillow, this is designed more for sleepers who would prefer a traditional pillow with a modern temperature-regulation technology added in.
