Basic Care:
Machine wash cold water on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and with like colors only. Do not use fabric softener. Only use non-chlorine bleach when needed. Tumble dry low heat until completely dry. Remove from dryer immediately. Do not dry clean. Do not iron.

Pro Tip:
Wash this every 2-4 weeks. Reduce wrinkles by removing these from the dryer immediately.

Although both options are designed to help you sleep cooler and more comfortable, it's important to choose the version that best suits your sleeping needs. Below is a quick overview of each option to help you in this decision making:

Lightweight Comforter:
Our most popular comforter, the Lightweight Comforter uses Outlast® temperature-regulation fiberfill to regulate heat and humidity build up. Our thinnest option, this is best suited for "hot" sleepers who still want a little bit of weight on top of them.

Textured Blanket:
A new twist on a Lightweight Comforter, this lightweight Blanket uses same exact Outlast® temperature-regulation in the same fill weight, but is encased in a more decorative textured cover fabric. You should expect the same temperature regulation performance as the Lightweight Comforter.

Outlast® technology is made of a unique material that can absorb, store and release excess heat. As an individual’s skin temperature increases, the technology will absorb that excess heat to help reduce overheating. The material will store the excess heat until the skin temperature begins to drop. When this occurs, the stored heat is released back to the individual to prevent chill. By managing the build-up of heat and moisture under the covers, Outlast® technology helps keep you at a comfortable temperature so you sleep “just right.”

Although not necessary, The Textured Blanket is designed with corner loops to keep it in place if used as an insert inside a duvet cover that has ties.

Nice looking blanket

"I had an all-season comforter on my bed but my husband and I both sleep hot and the comforter was too warm, even for winter. We set the thermostat for 60 degrees in the winter, though it's probably a bit warmer since the bedroom is on the second floor. After researching different options, I decided on the textured blanket. It's surprisingly lightweight. It has worked very well for my husband. I suffer from hot flashes so I still get hot at night, but I don't know that there is any blanket that would work well for that. :-) I think this will be a good option going into spring and summer. I like to have some weight on me and this is a good compromise. The overall look is similar to a bedspread, which is not a bad thing. So far the blanket has washed well."

Amazing comforter!

"I was worried when I initially pulled the blanket out bc it just seems like a regular comforter. I was SO wrong! This has changed my sleep. As a hot sleeper, I hate season changes bc it usually comes with waking up multiple times to throw my blanket off bc I’m sweating then waking up shivering bc I’m freezing. With the new comforter, it doesn’t happen at all. I sleep through the night without any temp fluctuations and have had no night sweats at all. I ended up buying the mattress protector less than a week after the comforter bc I was so impressed. Put cooling sheets and pillow cases on as well. My sleep has been totally transformed!"
