Care Instructions

Basic Care:
Remove foam insert before washing. Machine wash cold water on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent, and with like colors only. For best results use a front load washer. Only use non-chlorine bleach when needed. Tumble dry low heat until completely dry. Remove from dryer immediately and fluff after drying. Do not iron.

Pro Tip:
You should wash your pillow 2-4 times a year. For best results use a front load washer. When drying, use wool dryer balls to reduce dry time and improve fluffing.

How do I change my pillow firmness?

Side, back, and stomach sleepers can rejoice. With zippered side gussets that change the firmness and two separate removable inserts, this pillow should work for all sleepers no matter what your go to sleeping position is. Here are our recommendations depending on your sleeping position.

For back sleepers: Use both the memory foam and fiber fill insert, on whichever side you like best, and keep the gussets zippered
For side sleepers: Use both both the memory foam and fiber fill insert, on whichever side you like best, but unzip one or both of the gussets
For stomach sleepers: Take out either the memory foam or fiber fill insert and unzip the gussets

Can I put a pillowcase over my pillow?

Yes, we want your bed to look nice and match the rest of your linens so we made sure the technology inside our pillows will still work even when used with a pillowcase.

How many degrees cooler will this keep me?

Slumber Cloud products are designed to help manage heat and humidity build up. It is not an air conditioner with a set temperature degree, but it will react to your temperature all night long to reduce heat build up and manage temperature swings.

Which one is cooler, the UltraCool or Core pillow?

True to its name, the UltraCool pillow is going to be the "cooler" of the two pillow options. Although you will still get great temperature control with the Core Pillow, this is designed more for sleepers who would prefer a traditional pillow with a modern temperature-regulation technology added in.
