Made with two removable inserts, the Adjustable UltraCool pillow combines the squishy, moldable feel of fiberfill with the consistent support of memory foam. The zippered side gussets allow even more control over the firmness of your pillow so that you can find the level of support that’s perfect for you. Basic Care:
Remove foam insert before washing. Machine wash cold water on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent, and with like colors only. For best results use a front load washer. Only use non-chlorine bleach when needed. Tumble dry low heat until completely dry. Remove from dryer immediately and fluff after drying. Do not iron.

Pro Tip:
You should wash your pillow 2-4 times a year. For best results use a front load washer. When drying, use wool dryer balls to reduce dry time and improve fluffing.

For back sleepers: Use both the memory foam and fiber fill insert, on whichever side you like best, and keep the gussets zippered

Slumber Cloud products are designed to help manage heat and humidity build up. It is not an air conditioner with a set temperature degree, but it will react to your temperature all night long to reduce heat build up and manage temperature swings.

True to its name, the UltraCool pillow is going to be the "cooler" of the two pillow options. Although you will still get great temperature control with the Core Pillow, this is designed more for sleepers who would prefer a traditional pillow with a modern temperature-regulation technology added in.
